What Is Offered

Our 15-week training program at Trial-Pro is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of clinical research and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to enhance your expertise, our program offers a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills development, and hands-on experience to prepare you for success.

Timeline

  • Week 1-5: Foundations of Clinical Research During the first five weeks, participants will dive into the fundamentals of clinical research, including an overview of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and group discussions, participants will gain a solid understanding of the principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
  • Week 6-10: Protocol and Study Design In the next phase of the program, participants will focus on protocol development and study design. Topics covered include protocol writing, study endpoints, patient recruitment strategies, and data collection methods. Participants will have the opportunity to analyze sample protocols, participate in protocol development exercises, and explore the nuances of designing a successful clinical trial.
  • Week 11-15: Clinical Monitoring and Practical Skills The final weeks of the program are dedicated to clinical monitoring and practical skills development. Participants will learn the essential responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), including site selection, initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits. Through simulated monitoring visits, case studies, and role-playing exercises, participants will apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to navigate the challenges of clinical research.
